SUMMARY

The Physics 122 course, taught by Frank L. Wolfs at the University of Rochester, covers advanced topics in electromagnetism, including Maxwell's equations and vector fields. The course provides a comprehensive set of lecture notes and video lectures, accessible through various links, including the course homepage and additional resources for advanced electromagnetism. Students seeking further materials on classical field theory may find the available resources limited, as highlighted in the discussion.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of Maxwell's equations
  • Familiarity with vector fields
  • Basic knowledge of calculus
  • Access to online lecture resources
NEXT STEPS
  • Explore the course homepage at http://teacher.nsrl.rochester.edu/phy122/Phy122HomePage.html
  • Review the lecture notes available at http://teacher.pas.rochester.edu/phy122/Lecture_Notes/Index.html
  • Investigate video lectures on advanced electromagnetism at http://vubeam.pa.msu.edu/lectures/phy962/962d/electrodynamics/
  • Search for additional resources on classical field theory to supplement learning.

Please post that in the high-school (intro-physics) section.

I will do..but note many of the problems are of undergraduate level involving calculus...thanks for the guidance...

Does anyone know of any other video lectures on EM-theory, It is kind of hard to see what he is writing on the board sometimes.

I've been searching for lectures on Classical Field theory for quite some time now, but am yet to find a good series on it somewhere on the web. The above was all I could come up with.
