what is the formula for estimate decoherence time and decoherence length from voltage, current and resistivity value ?

And in which type of system?
 
My sample has SNS(superconductor-normal-superconductor) structure and I did, room temperature and low temperature measurement for it.
now I want to estimate decoherence length , decoherence time and diffusion coefficient for this sample.
In the most articles the explanation way is with Hamiltonian who I couldn't follow it exactly.
