Finding triax vacuum feedthrough connectors for chamber panels

Hi!


I wish to create a panel with some connectors for a vacuum chamber. In that panel I wish to put some triax female to female 3 slug connectors, to pass the signal from the inside of the chamber, to a SMU outside the chamber.

I can't find any triax vacuum 3 slug connector. Does anyone know where to buy such thing, or have any idea to accomplish the same result without those connectors?

That's it! I'm going to inquire them about the existence of those connectors but with 3 slot.
