Make a Full Wave Rectifier Circuit(With Capacitor Filer), Clipper Circuit, Voltage Doubler, and Zener Regulator circuit.

What output voltage you want (nominal, minimum, maximum)
How much ripple in your output you want
How much load current this circuit will provide (minimum, maximum)

My instructor said anything as long as we can get a full wave circuit.

You need to make some attempt at this on your own. It is not the custom on this forum to spoon feed answers but rather to help people when they get stuck after trying to do something on their own.

Make a stab at it and then if you can't get it done, ask for specific help.
