I can not derive this equation, my result has a extra term \theta(t-t&#039;)
i.e.
C^r(t,t&#039;)=\theta(t-t&#039;)[A^&lt;(t,t&#039;)B^r(t,t&#039;)+A^r(t,t&#039;)B^&lt;(t,t&#039;)+A^r(t,t&#039;)B^r(t,t&#039;)]
