How can I calculate bulk modulus from an elastic tensor?

I would like to know how I can have the bulk modulus when I have the elastic tensor of a system?

bulk modlulus comes from assuming zero shear stress & even normal stresses

i'd only really considered it for an isotropic system, so not really sure hoe it works in an isotropic case, have a look at this...
