The sun is moving. It orbits the galaxy and wobbles due to the motion of the planets. So where it is depends on when you are asking and the coordinate system you are using.

Don't forget heliocentric! In a heliocentric coordinate system, the sun is at (0,0,0).

What every answer told you is: pick a frame of reference first, then you specify your coordinates in that frame of reference. And nobody gets confused that way.
