Hello, how do we calculate the volume of a hollow cylinder but only calculating the wall excluding the hollow center?

It didn't tell me how to calculate a hollow cylinder without taking the hollow center together.

look up cylinder on wikipedia and you will see the volume formula.

Next consider the hollow cylinder as two cylinders where you compute the volume of the outer cylinder and subtract the volume of the inner cylinder.

The volume of a cylinder is the height x the area of its circular base.
