I think Wolram's house most represents my ideal home.

Being from Michigan I love lakes, the outdoors, and the wilderness. My house would be in the middle of the woods- perhaps on lake Michigan ,or just on some nondescript lake miles from nowhere. The light would cast a suttle autumn glow in the late afternoon on the golden brown leaves that would cover the ground.

The home would be a medium size- suitable for entertaining but not a mansion. A roaring center fireplace is of course a must, where I could entertain guests with some nice wine or a brandy (sherry, beer-pick your poison from the full bar) with a library and a den. comfortable furniture but otherwise very rustic- oak or stone- or a combination of both. Maybe even a log cabin. A large double decker back porch overlooking the lake where I could ponder life and listen to the crickets and katy dids, or watch the fireflies dancing. The lower level would be a walk out from the basement level, with a hot tub front and center so I could view the lake from there.

Someday..

You mean cabins built with logs that look like remote controls?
 I have no idea what you mean, but sure, whatever makes you happy. I don't think I want to be a thread killer anyway - Look at what it did to Moonbear!
