A user successfully installed a slave drive on a Windows computer, which is recognized in Device Manager as a 160GB drive and has been formatted. However, the drive did not appear in Windows Explorer as Drive E:. The issue was resolved by properly partitioning the drive, which is a necessary step to make it visible in Explorer.

He can't see it listed as Drive E: (after his DVD-drive) in Explorer.

There's got to be one step left that we've missed.
