Is the Nuclear Membrane an Organelle?

From this question arises Is nuclear membrane organelle?I think ,yes!
are membranes of mitochondria ,chloroplast etc organelles?

I'm not sure all sources use a consistent definition or organelle.

If your textbook differs, I doubt your teacher will accept an appeal to Wikipedia.
