Is this flying theory Possible?

My name is david and i was wondering if you would be able to see if my theory works. I dont know anything about physics but i do have a good inventive imagination.

I want to know if you had 8-10 air compressors at maximum pressure and a 7m hose and nozzle fore each compressor attached to you feet and some sort of thrust system would you be able to fly? I have put alot of thought into this and just wondering if you would be able to correct me in this theory.

    A 7 m hose attached to each foot. Hmmm....no.

FYI, air compressors and fans are fundamentally the same thing, but with a slightly different focus (one emphasizes pressure, the other flow rate). A fan used to lift a person is a helicopter.
