So I've downloaded Visual C# Express Edition from Microsoft. Now I actually have to learn C#. Can anyone recommend some good learning resources? :)

Do you already know how to program in some other language (like C, Java, Basic, ...)? Or are you starting completely from scratch in programming in general?
 
I tried a web search "the loss of programming ", and found an article saying that all aspects of writing, developing, and testing software programs will one day all be handled through artificial intelligence.
