List of errata available for "QFT in a Nutshell" 2nd edition A. Zee?

Does anybody know whether there is a list of errata available? I did find Brad Carlile's website, but no errata ("tbd")

Have you tried writing directly to Professor Zee or to the publisher? And it's ironic that the 2nd Ed. also needs or may need an errata...
