Managing Notifications in the PF App: In-App vs. Phone Notifications

In the PF app, under settings, I have an option for turning off notifications. Are these notifications the kind that occur in-app, or are these the kind that pop up on my phone's main notifications screen? Just curious because I'd like to turn those latter notifications off. I already check PF every day, and I don't want every reply to a PF thread I'm subscribed to popping up on my phone.

Hmmm in the phone setting can you set app specific notifications? I know you can in iPhone.

I would try setting off the mobile app off too

Not that I can find in the 10 minutes I just spent looking around my phone's settings. I'll turn off notifications in the app and see if that does the trick.
