Hi, I am finishing the grad in physics and i would like to study a master in theoretical physics the next year.
Anyone know or have studied any master in theoretical physics preferably in Spain but also in other countries in Europe.
I would like to know your opinion
Regards

"Theoretical physics" is very broad. Are you looking for some particular specialisation?

Here in Spain there are general ''theoretical physics'' masters, usually they are about cosmology and theoretical particle physics, the usual subjects are gauge theories, general relativity, quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, and other things related with this subjects like string theory, beyond standard model, quantum information and some mathmatical methods

Well, you also asked for other places in Europe and in some places you will also have different options for specialisation, such as theoretical condensed matter theory. I could give you an opinion on the Spanish situation, but it would be heavily biased.

I would prefer to study in Spain because i live here and cosmology and elemental particle physics are the subjects that i prefer to study in theoretical physics. I would like to know your opinion. I also looked the master in thoeretical physics in the utrecht university, there they have subjects about theoretical condensed matter

Unless you have an explicit desire for doing your Master abroad or a taste for subjects not covered in those masters, I would suggest staying in Spain. The theoretical physics programs at the larger universities (UAM, UV, UB) would all be good choices. If you want to explore a career in academia, you will likely have to spend some time abroad anyway, if not at the PhD stage then at the postdoctoral stage.

i have aplied to the Universidad autonoma de madrid, universidad complutense de madridy universidad de valencia, have you stayed in those unis or know someone that have stayed/studied there physics?

do you know if they are very severe with the aplication, i mean with the academic expedient

I could not say, I am affiliated to CSIC and not to UAM and started quite recently.
