Mathcad 2001 to Latex converter?

I am looking for a converter that takes a Mathcad 2001 file, with various formulas and mathematical expressions, and transform it into Latex code that can be posted on forums. Do you know such a translator?

Yes, your method works. I can save a Mathcad 2001 file in the MathML format and then using MathML I obtain the Latex code that can be posted on forums. Thank you for your help.
