SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the integration of MATLAB for problem-solving and the need for personalized tuition in MATLAB programming. The user, Ken, seeks assistance with vectorizing scripts, handling complex loops, and understanding Partial Differential Equations (PDE) related to potential flows. Additionally, Ken expresses a desire for worked examples to clarify concepts that are not well understood through the help section. The forum also serves as a platform for connecting with tutors who can provide paid MATLAB tuition.

PREREQUISITES
  • Familiarity with MATLAB programming environment
  • Understanding of vectorization techniques in MATLAB
  • Knowledge of complex loops in programming
  • Basic concepts of Partial Differential Equations (PDE)
NEXT STEPS
  • Research MATLAB vectorization techniques for performance improvement
  • Explore advanced loop structures in MATLAB programming
  • Study the fundamentals of Partial Differential Equations (PDE) in MATLAB
  • Look for online platforms offering MATLAB tutoring services
USEFUL FOR

Students, educators, and professionals seeking to enhance their MATLAB skills, particularly in vectorization, complex loops, and PDE applications. This discussion is also beneficial for those looking for tutoring resources in MATLAB.

Hello!

I have posted a MATLAB problem in the homework section but this page seems better placed, although its not for homework? If someone could help me it would be much appreciated!

https://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=500325

Also, would anyone be able to or does anyone know someone who offers (paid) tuition for matlab?

Sometimes I don't understand the help section so basically I need worked examples to explain them better? Most of my questions are small so I wouldn't want to fill this forum with loads of small questions.

Thank you!

ken

hello again,

I think I have the answer now, will post it on the other thread once I've checked it.

But I would still like some tuition, help I need at the moment is how to vectorise scripts, making 'complex' loops and how to do PDE potential flows

thanks ken
