Missing Recycle Bin: What Just Happened?

I'm not sure how...but I suddenly realized my Recycle Bin disappeared from my desktop...and I can't find it anywhere. What just happened?

Its Windows Vista...and I don't think I'm using TweakUI or other apps to customize my desktop.
