This video has gone viral on the web. It should have been a charge. The dunker basically launches off the defender's chest.

The rules and enforcement of said rules are rather loosely related.

Hard to say. The defender appears to be planting himself as the dunker is leaving the ground. Once the player with the ball leaves the ground, a defender cannot put himself in the offensive player's path and get the charge.

Also, the defender might have been within the "no charges called" circle. Another player is blocking the view of where his feet are.

Here's my vote for most athletic. To me this seems completely impossible. He's 40 years old too, which kicks up the incredibleness a couple of notches.
