Is there any elements or compounds other than cobalt, which raise martensite start temperature during solidification of steel.

Actually I was looking for Ms temperature raisers in carbon steel.But,I will be more than happy if I could get information on Ms temperature raisers in carbon steel as well as Fe-Ni alloys.
