Nominal stress for a plate with fillet radius with holes

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    Can anyone help me with the equations i need to use to find the nominal stress of a right angled plate with thickness that has a fillet radius and two holes along the bottom half?

    By a right angled plate with a fillet radius, do you mean an angle section like this? Please be more specific. www.engineersedge.com/standard_material/Steel_angle_properties.htm

    In order to get proper stress concentration factors, you'll to show geometry as well as applied load.

    Yes that picture is what im talking about. Load is applied horizontally at the highest point on the left hand side. I dont want a definite answer, just want to know what equations to use or how to go about finding the nominal stress, Thanks
