anorlunda, I saw your post #2. I really did not look very hard for finding a place for "test posting". I will try a more thorough search. Here, I tried CODE tagging, and TABLE.

Don't we have a permanent thread for "test postings", where the content is not intended to be read or commented by other people? If not, that would be useful.

Maybe we could use this thread if the mentors can shorten the title to "Only testing here."
 
I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha.
