I say, let's change the PF Rules and state that user's who persist with this annoying habit will be warned, then banned after warning.

Where did it come from? Hm, when I came to Canada for pilut training in 1977 my instructor would write down on the grading sheet things like:

Student is terrible @ X√ alt and hdg, sloppy @ correcting errors. etc, etc
