Predicting Temperature with a Simple Heat Transfer Model

Problem:

Two surfaces exist, a hot and cold. Between them a span of air of a known distance and convection coefficient exists. If the temperature of one surface is known, what is a good model to predict the temperature of the other? Heat flux between the two is unknown. I kindly request help setting this problem up, as well as determine an accuracte model.

If you know the convection coefficient why do you say the heat flux is unknown?
