When writing(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

##A_{a}\text{ }^{b}## one means ''The element on the a-th row and b-th column of the TRANSPOSE of A" right?

Such that ##A_{a}\text{ } ^{b}= A^{b}\text{ } _{a}## ?

I would just like a confirmation so I'm not learning the convention in a wrong manner.
