It's interesting how the cleavage of the first picture has a bit of mismatch between the two sides. I didn't read the article -- do they have an estimate for how much of the center portion of the rock was removed to make the two clean edges?

No estimates I can find. The crack is puzzling to say the least.

A coincidence? the title to the second image in post #5 is "the aliens throne"
