Recording and Playback Radio receiver programs

What are the methods to record and Playback Radio programs tuned to FM frequencies ?

Is there a way to interface the radio receiver with DVD player or Flash drive or any other media for recording and Playback ?

Does your phone have an FM radio? There are apps in the play store that will record what is playing.

Buy an old fashioned boom box with cassette tapes. Recording off the air was a standard feature back in the 80s.

More modern, use an audio cable from the ear bud output of your player, and plug it into the microphone input of your recorder.

This still doesn't solve my requirements.
I have a radio receiver where I tune to different FM stations for hearing programs.

This could be a sports commentary, interviews, music etc. Can I record and Playback those programs by storing in a DVD using DVD player or with a Flash device or any other electronic media as audio sound formats which later I can play on my laptop / desktop.

I think the most direct method would be using a PC to digitize/record the line-out of the radio tuner (if it has any).
Second best method would be to buy a cheap tuner card with FM option and record through that by connecting the antenna to the PC.

You can also add a line input to some smartphones.

Your PC, as noted by others, can record from mic or line-level input -- if your radio receiver has a small-plug headphone output, you can connect it directly to the mic input on your PC. The PC may have a "line" input, and your receiver may have line-level (30 dB) output. If your radio set has RCA-type outputs (also 30 dB line-level -- NOT the speaker outputs), you might need something functionally equivalent to one of these:

Please note that you'll have to configure your PC's recording capability for maximum ADC (analog-to-digital conversion) sampling rate to get the best audio fidelity. Once you have your recordings saved as MP3 or MP4 files (or in another to-you-playable digital format), you can burn them to optical media.

That will allow playback on PCs, but won't necessarily allow the recordings to be played back on regular CD or DVD players. To do that, you'll need some further file-packaging steps. A simple way to create regular audio CDs from MP3 files using Windows Media Player is explained in this article.
