Reference book for ADM formalism

Hi there, I'm currently looking for a book on ADM formalism in General Relativity. I know that it's definitely not a method really taught so wouldn't be in many textbooks, but was wondering if anyone knew of any great books to use!

Wald or Carlip's 2+1 QG book also have a nice discussion on it. :)

MTW has a whole chapter devoted to it, I think chapter 23 or thereabouts. When I was studying the ADM formalism, I think I mostly went off Wald, MTW, and then the actual ADM paper.
