I would like to make a tool (a saturator) for H2-rich water. I would like to use a saturation method (mixing/babbling H2 gas into water). Could anyone help with this? The purpose is for drinking. my final product must be a water with neutral ph and without any metals/minerals. I do not want to use electrolysis (eg water ionizers or hydrogen specific devices) or water with alkali-earth metals (eg magnesium). Just simply bubbling H2 into water. Looking for a specialist who would like to work on this.

Why do you want H2-saturated water? What possible reason could there be for drinking it?

The water will be first filtered by a reverse osmosis filter then I am looking for some kind of container with connection to this water from one point and second connection to the h2 gas. Of course everything needs to be controlled as far as amount of water and h2 gas to mix together. The establishment must be controlled and tightly locked. I am not a scientist so it's hard for me to explain how that suppose to be built. I know that could be done and this is reason I am looking for some specialist/constructor who would like to help me in building this project. The final product will be a bottle water to drink for healthy reasons.

It is something like these machine for making a CO2 infused water. If that helps.
 
You do understand that degassing CO2 is kinetically inhibited whereas the degassing of H2 saturated water is not?
 
I know that CO2 is simple. I know that technically building this saturator will not be easy and that why I am looking for a scientist/constructor. I know that few people built this in Japan. Just looking for a specialist with a good spirit who wants to be a part of this project. Perhaps needs to look somewhere else.
 
I'm sorry but you need to hire a professional. H2 gas is extremely dangerous to work with and without strict precautions you WILL blow yourself (and probably others) up in a big fireball. I also advise you to remain highly skeptical of any claims of beneficial effects of hydrogen rich water. Like most fads, diets, and supplements based off of a few preliminary studies, it is almost certainly nonsense. The body is simply too complicated to have "magic pills" like this.
