Your equation doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I can't tell if what you wrote as Sv-1 is
a) S*v - 1
b) Sv - 1
c) Sv-1
Without any context, I have no idea what you mean.

Let's take a look at the rest of what you have.
.125 = 1/8 and .0125 = 1/80
Check these by dividing 1 by 8 and 1 by 80.
1.25 x 10-2 = 0.0125 = 1/80
