Do anyone know what is the spin correlation and what its relation to theNarrow Width Approximation.

Spin correlations in what context?

Presumably you want to know about dileptons from ttbar or something similar? (based on previous posts)

The leptons retain information about the production state of ttbar, which then weak decays (with handedness) to leptons.This can be seen by looking at variables like the delta phi between two leptons in decay.

You should probably search arxiv for a primer or look at a standard model textbook.
