Summer research for graduating seniors?

  1. Jan 10, 2010 #1
    Hi everybody:

I'll be graduating this year but don't wanna just blow my summer away. I wanna do something useful (get an internship, peace corp or something like that). I found the SULI program by DOE that accepts graduating seniors. What about other opportunities? I am willing to try something different before going into grad school (preferably traveling to another country :D)... I went to CERN last summer and that was awesome. It would be great if I can find something similar.

I have a solid record in academics with 3 summer+ research experiences.

    Thanks for the help.

Have you considered starting grad school early? While they probably don't offer summer classes, they might be able to let you work in a lab or with a professor before the semester starts.
