In summary, when surgeons remove two fetuses from an infant, it means that the infant had two additional fetuses growing alongside them in the womb, a very rare condition called "fetus in fetu." The procedure is typically done through surgery under general anesthesia and can take several hours, with potential risks including bleeding, infection, and damage to surrounding organs. The recovery process varies but usually involves staying in the hospital for monitoring and follow-up with the surgeon. While there have been reported cases of long-term effects, with proper medical care, these can be managed and the infant can lead a normal, healthy life.

It wasn't a pregnant fetus, it was an abnormal development of triplets, somewhat like Siamese twins, but inside of each other instead of attached externally somewhere.
