As the title says I want any tips or advice on self learning
Basically IT ,ENGINEERING and science

What is your current education level? What resources do you have available? One thing you may want to look at, for some college level course work is EDX.org and MIT OpenCourseware https://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm
also OU https://janux.ou.edu
There are other universities, which offer these online courses (many are free).

I've finished high school
Scientific major
But it's ok to have courses in my level or below it bc my knowledge of high school subjects isn't satisfying to me as I haven't learned them due to the rote learning method of my country's education
