Transforming one PNA s-parameter data into another PNA data

Hello,calibration is not perfect. I have two PNA's each has differnt cable length,calibration is not perfect and I see a diffence in th s-params when I am testing basic differential threw line.
Is there a method where I could to have some matrices which converts one PNA measurement into another?
I can take one pna S4p measurement of the DUT and convert it into ABCD type then take another pna S4p measurement of the same DUT.
and whith linear algebra to get the transfer ABCD matrices.
Is it a good method for the problem?

Is there a calibration procedure for each to null out the cable lengths?
