Troubleshooting Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition

I just installed Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition, but when I go to download the updates, he says he is already running. Can anyone help me with this problem? Why is it already running when I have done nothing yet ... and it will not be updated. It scans ok but no update. Help!

Did you bought the software ?
Check the configuration/setting of the software.

Anti-virus software usually runs all the time in background. It sounds like there is something wrong, since this should not prevent updating. Since you paid for it, did you try getting in touch with the supplier?

now it is running...the windows was blocking the updater exe
