Sir,
When a torque is applied to a body undergoing uniform circular motion, will the radial acceleration be constant? What about the angular acceleration? Will it change?

"Uniform circular motion" is generally understood to mean the motion of an object in a circle at constant speed so you may really be asking for the result of applying a torque to an object "constrained" to move in a circle. It would be helpful if you provided some specifics.
