Upgrades & Database Optimizations: Downtime Thurs 10pm CST

We need to do a few minor upgrades and perform some database optimizations. Due to the optimizations, PF forum may be down up to 30min. Expect the work to begin around 10pm CST Thursday night. Insights will remain open.
