Dears,

If a random variable is generated with the pdf of p(f) = 1/(f^x),
how can I derive the upper bound or lower bound of the random variable?

You need to be explicit as to what the variables mean. It appears that f is the variable related to the distribution of the random variable, while x is a parameter, but you should clarify.
