Need help with a "VECOTR QUIZ"

So it's me Ron again, in my Honors Physics class, so what I need help with is something that may be basic to everyone else, but I find challenging, because the day we learned this stuff I was absent from class, so you can imagine this is hard for me.

OK, I get questions like (m=meters)
"1. Add the below vectors graphically."

23m, 39° N of E
12m, W
18m, 17° N of W

I do not know anything about graphing this, I do have the idea of drawing arrows in the direction of the degrees and then connecting them?

You at least know how to draw the given vectors themselves right?
If so check out this link on vector addition. That should hook you up with the info you need.

OH WOW, imagine that, this helps... really easy lol. Although I hope I do this right, more than likely it will be right, I love take home quizes!
