can anyone give me an idea of how can i move a toy car(40 grams) by using only 1 liter water such that even the water being used should not be wasted ,please suggest

Is there more to this question? Such as distance required for it to move? Speed it should move at? Does the water have to power the car (turn a wheel to push/pull it) or can it simply push it along in a flow of water?

The simple answer is to use a gravity fed water water wheel, which would wind up a string attached to the front of the car to pull it along. You could collect the water below the water wheel in a tank.
