Depends on the University. I live in Ontario, Canada and all of the programs I've seen require English, Physics, Chemistry, Advanced Functions and Calculus/Vectors. I'm not sure where you live, but I'm sure there would be equivalent courses. But in general, it is an Engineering program, so you need whatever maths and whatever sciences that you can get your hands on, and you need to do well in them.
