What role does appearance play in scientific methodology?

I may appear childish in my appearance, but that's just appearance..

Logic stems not from appearance, therefore appearance does not enter into it..
Methodology works regardless of face or fame..

I hence choose my appearance to be pleasing..

And..

(but I do not comport myself as the typical or popular ones..it's not smexin related..)

I like to think of new ideas..
