On Certain Valuations of the Vertices of a Graph
by Alexander Rosa

I've looked for a couple days but I can't seem to find it anywhere online or at my library. Any suggestions?

Update: checked the McMaster U website. Prof Rosa is listed as Prof. emeritus:

I have always wondered what internet provider the "great beyond" used!
