Why is there no equation for the strong force?

We can quantify the three other forces but not this one. Why?

There are many equations. If you are looking for an equation for forces as function of distance, that doesn't work so easily, as you cannot have isolated color charges.

The weak interaction cannot be expressed in such a way either.

The classical formulas of F=GMm/r2 and its electromagnetic equivalent don't work if you go to fast speeds, for example.
