As we know magnet can attract iron, but not aluminium,
does anyone have any suggestions what make aluminium behave differently in term of molecule structures? such as Electrons, Photons Neutrons ...
Thanks in advance of any suggestions

In fact,ALuminium is a paramagnetic material(as outermost electron is unpaired),
so the induced magnetic field in aluminium is low(order 0f 10^-5 of the external field)
so aluminium IS attracted towards a magnet, but very weakly practically
if you had a strong magnet aluminium will be attracted towards a magnet.
