Very funny. I think the "Not too bad," is a working class 1950's sort of thing.
I hear a lot of the older guys say it to each other.

I just love this video! Many of the greatest singers from the 60s, 70s, and 80s all came together for a common cause. The cause was great but what a precious bit of performance history they left as well. I can't think of any other effort that brought so much talent together for one song. It is a breathtaking list with many of the greatest modern music artists from that time.
