a graduate level in QM.can you proposed another for Mathematical physics because i have Mathematics of Classical and Quantum Physics - Byron, Fuller and its great btw!
Hello!can someone propose a good textbook for quantum mechanics and mathematical physics(including green function)?I would like to buy those books so i want something which is one of the best to have in your libraby!
About the power spectrum: if increased the number of baryons the frequency of the oscillation reduced.I want to ask why this fact moves the power spectrum to higher multipoles and no to smaller?smaller frequency doesn't mean longer wavelength and thus smaller multipoles?
why shorter wavelengths in the damping tail have so low contribution in the power spectrum?the amplitude of temprature variations of second and third peak is reducing because gravity and pressure is out of phase?
Hello, can someone tell me the physical process ,which occurs before recombination, which is giving the higher peaks and the damping tail at cmb power spectrum?
yes i know its the overtone modes which are at smaller angles.but in the fundumental mode if i measure the temprature difference between two points which is diametrically opposite in the sound horizon, this spherical shell ,with the center in the initial overdense region ,isn't have the same...
The y-axis is temprature difference between two points and the horizontal is the angle seperation.the first peak giving as the fundamental frequency of sound wave right?
if we suppose that we have a overdense region at the time of inflation and until recombination it gets underdense and the wave...
the temperature difference at 1 degree why is so big?it measures the difference between two points that the sound wave have reached at the time of recombination or from the initial overdense which became underdense and the point that the wave have reached at the time of recombination?
Hello,i would like to ask something about the first peak in power spectrum of cmb giving by WMAP experiment. The y-axis is temprature difference between two points and the horizontal is the angle seperation.the first peak giving as the fundamental frequency of sound wave right?
if we suppose that...
thanks for the answers.but can someone tell what info we get from power spectrum of wmap only? chalnoth what actually means the tilt of the spectrum, what info we get from this ?
