Well, the trick there, in my area anyway, is to always arrive in the theater 1/2 hour "late" and you'll only see one or two before the feature starts. They ALWAYS have at least 1/2 hour of ads (mostly for upcoming features).

Both are very unlikely but being found is MUCH more unlikely than crashing.

agree Maybe. All irrelevant anyway. How many intelligent life forms there are is not really relevant to whether or not any of them ever "find" Voyager. It is not literally impossible but I'd say the chances are vanishingly small.
